INTRODUCTION

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern your purchase and use of subscription-based premium memberships ("Subscription" or "Premium Membership") on halsi.us (the "Site"), operated by THŌNE Studio Ltd ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company").

These Subscription Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Use. By subscribing to a Premium Membership, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.


SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING

3.2 Billing Cycle

• Monthly Subscriptions: Charged on the same date each month (or the closest available date if that date does not exist in a given month).

3.3 Automatic Renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

3.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We will attempt to charge your payment method again
  2. We will notify you of the failed payment
  3. Your access to premium content may be suspended until payment is successful
  4. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be cancelled

3.6 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. For subscribers in the UK and EU, VAT is included in the displayed price and will be shown on your receipt.


FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

4.1 Free Trial Periods

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. During a free trial:

• You will have full access to premium features
• You will not be charged until the trial ends
• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled

4.2 Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing is valid for the specified period only. After the promotional period, your subscription will renew at the standard rate.

4.3 Eligibility

Free trials and promotional offers are typically limited to:

• New subscribers only
• One per household or payment method
• Subject to additional terms specified at the time of the offer


CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Upon cancellation:

5.3 Termination by Us

5.4 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue subscription services entirely, we will:

• Provide reasonable advance notice
• Complete your current billing period
• Not charge you further


REFUND POLICY

SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. When you subscribe, you acknowledge that:

• Digital content is made available immediately upon subscription
• You expressly consent to this immediate access
• You waive your right to a "cooling-off" period refund under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

6.2 Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate charges due to system errors

7.2 Continued Use

• Download content for redistribution

Each subscription is licensed for a single individual. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription without refund.


DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

9.2 Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Our liability for any claim arising from your subscription is limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.2 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. By subscribing and accessing digital content immediately, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once content is delivered.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.2 Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
